Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Bleurae, we hold craftsmanship and customer satisfaction in the highest regard. Every piece is handmade with precision and passion—minor variations in shade or artwork are natural signs of artisanal production and not considered defects.

We only offer returns or exchanges for items that are received damaged or defective. To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow the guidelines below.

📦 Video Requirement for Returns

  • Record an uncut, unedited video while opening the parcel.
  • This video is required by our shipping partner and helps our quality team assess the issue accurately.
  • Without this video, claims for damage or defects cannot be processed.

🚚 Self-Shipping Process

  1. Courier Choice
    • Use any trusted courier service that provides a tracking number.
  2. Include the Following in the Package
    • A copy of the invoice, with returned items clearly marked.
    • A written declaration mentioning item details, value, and reason for return.
    • A return label with our tracking barcode (if provided).
  3. Packaging
    • Securely pack the product to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Return Address
    • Ship the item to the return address provided by Bleurae (usually our warehouse).
    • (You will receive this once your return is approved.)
  5. Tracking
    • Retain your tracking number and monitor the shipment until it reaches us.

💳 Refunds & Replacements

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
  • If the product was indeed damaged or defective, Bleurae will reimburse the return shipping cost.

🔖 Important Notes

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Product images are for reference only—please review size and specifications before ordering.
  • Items with no valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.
